Bentley arbeitet bei dem Projekt mit Dezer Development zusammen, das den ersten Luxus-Wohnturm des britischen Herstellers darstellen wird. Dezer ist mit Markenresidenzen bestens vertraut; zu seinen Referenzen zählen die Armani/Casa- und die Porsche-Türme. Für beide Vorhaben arbeitete das Unternehmen mit Sieger Suarez Architects zusammen, das auch die Gestaltung des neuen Bentley-Gebäudes übernehmen wird. „Wir installieren in jeder Einheit eine Sauna sowie Außenduschen auf den Balkonen.“ Wenn Dezer von Balkonen spricht, sollte man nicht an die kleinen Balkone in Großstädten denken, auf denen man Blumentöpfe lagert. Die Balkone sind 335 bis 549 Meter groß (1.100 bis 1.800 Quadratfuß) – so groß wie eine Wohnung in New York City, mit einer Außenküche.
